Fiumenero

Can you figure Mini-Europe, those parks with the reproductions of the most attractive monuments? Well, the Fiumenero is the mini-reproduction of the perfect canyon: beautiful environment, flowing clear water, narrows, abseiling, dives and toboggans, all gathered in less than one hour.

Access: entering the Val Seriana, coming from Bergamo , along the National road SS 671 almost until the end of the valley. Reach the village of Fiumenero , about 6 km before Valbondione, and leave the car in a parking close to the bridge over the Fiumenero torrent.

Approach: follow the unsurfaced road, rising from the right side of the parking, for about 10 minutes and then leave it when it gets close to the canyon. Cross the lawn and reach the water, just before the canyon narrows.

Coming back: the canyon widens just after the last crag, making the first buildings immediately visible. Go along the watercourse and reach the parking on the left side, just before the bridge.
